When you arrive our clinician will begin with a brief consultation to confirm your treatment goals, review your medical history, and ensure Sofwave is suitable for you.
Then we will clean your skin and apply numbing cream to the area (this can take about 45 minutes to work)
Then we will start the treatment and you feel bursts of heat as the ultrasound energy is delivered. Each burst will only last a couple seconds.
After the treatment you can reapply makeup and resume your regular skincare routine!
We will book you in for a followup in 3 months time to track your results.

No special preparation is needed.
You may want to take a mild pain reliever (like paracetamol) 30–60 minutes before your appointment if you’re sensitive to heat.
Also please fill out the consent form that has been sent to you before arriving.
